Return & Exchange
Returns can be done within 10 working days from the day the goods are delivered to you, provided they are in good condition and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Duvets, pillow, and all weighted blankets purchased from Jumpby2 are exempt from this policy, though, we strongly suggest our dear customers to purchase with confidence and without confusion.
If unsure about the selection of weights, please do contact our help desk for recommendations. Our professional advisor will, therefore, recommend the best weight selection and sizing according to your needs at his best knowledge. Do take note our recommendation is based on years of experiences and all our happy clients' feedbacks.
If your item(s) has a manufacturing defect you can return within 7 days from [Date of Purchase] for an exchange. Please contact our help desk with a clear image & video of the defects as soon as possible. We regret to inform any defects after 7 days of receipt will be deemed as wear and tear.
Under Cancellation & Order Change, once your order is submitted, our team will coordinate our inventory accordingly, email us as soon as possible so we can try to change it. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return or exchange after it arrives & return shipping fee applied
If your return is valid, we will notify you for the refund process and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
